"Via est vita" (meaning "The road is life"), our motto is always the needs of our customers at the center and go to our constant desire to change, new and innovative ways for you - our customers -. Air VIA is 20 years young and still one of the most respected and most experienced carriers in the region. With fresh entrepreneurial spirit began to founder and former owner - two ground engineers, an airline pilot and a flight engineer - in what was then post-socialist Bulgaria. In a short time, Air VIA acquired the confidence of passengers, travel agents, business partners and investors. 1990 Air VIA was successful with five works new Russian Tupolev TU-154M machines flight operations. Our core business are regular flights on behalf of Germany and other European tour operators to and from Bulgaria. Further features include flights to many other regions of the world, special flights to sporting events, as well as wet-lease flights on behalf of more than 20 airlines to our business. From Manila to Johannesburg aircraft with the characteristic Air VIA logo had been more than 90 airports worldwide to see. True to our motto in 2005 marked a fundamental turning point in its history. The wishes of our customers, environmental regulations, EU regulations and the continuing high oil prices have led us to a complete change in our fleet. The management of Air VIA met in the fall of 2005, the decision to replace all TU-154M from the summer of 2006 by AIRBUS A320.
